Xoá tài khoản Daybloom
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản Daybloom cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào. Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn và không thể khôi phục.
Cách 1: Ngay trong app (nhanh nhất)
- Mở Daybloom và đăng nhập.
- Vào tab Hồ sơ.
- Kéo xuống cuối, chọn Xoá tài khoản, rồi chọn Xoá vĩnh viễn.
Tài khoản và dữ liệu được xoá ngay lập tức.
Cách 2: Không cần mở app
Gửi email từ địa chỉ email bạn đã dùng để đăng ký, tiêu đề “Xoá tài khoản Daybloom”. Chúng tôi sẽ xoá tài khoản trong vòng 30 ngày và trả lời để xác nhận.

- Tài khoản: email và mật khẩu.
- Tên hiển thị, nhân vật, ngoại hình, thú cưng.
- XP, xu, cấp độ, việc nhỏ đã hoàn thành, vật phẩm, quà từ thú cưng, lịch sử giao dịch XP và xu.
- Dữ liệu trên máy (nhật ký cảm xúc, sticker, bộ đếm, bản lưu tạm): xoá luôn khi bạn xoá trong app. Nếu bạn xoá qua email, các dữ liệu này sẽ mất khi bạn gỡ app.
Dữ liệu được giữ lại
Không có dữ liệu nào gắn với tài khoản của bạn được giữ lại trên máy chủ. Thống kê sử dụng gửi trước đó chỉ gắn với mã ngẫu nhiên, không còn liên kết với tài khoản nào; nếu muốn xoá cả phần này, hãy ghi rõ trong email.
Delete your Daybloom account
You can delete your Daybloom account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Daybloom and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, then Delete forever.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Without the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Daybloom account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

- Your account: email and password.
- Display name, character, look and pet.
- XP, coins, level, completed tasks, items, pet gifts, and XP/coin history.
- On-device data (mood log, stickers, counters, local cache): cleared right away when you delete in the app. If you delete by email, it goes away when you uninstall the app.
What we keep
Nothing linked to your account is kept on our servers. Usage analytics sent earlier is tied only to random IDs that no longer link to any account; mention it in your email if you want that removed too.
